Don’t Forget… October 23, 2008

Tonight (October 23rd, 2008) is the year’s first PTA meeting! All parents are welcome! Please come to discuss the PTA’s plans for teh coming year, to voice your ideas and concerns and to meet other parents.

Tonight is also Storybook Night! PreK through second graders are invited to the school to share in story time with their teachers and to enjoy popcorn. All children must have a parent in the building to attend, but parents may be at the PTA meeting, while their child enjoys Storybook Night.

Both events are at the school from 6:30-8:30.

…and don’t forget tomorrow night, Friday, October 24th, is Fall Fest! The event is open to all families and will include games, food, painting pumpkins and more! Mr. Price has been selling tickets in the courtyard at dismissal, but you can also buy the tickets at the door. Fall Fest is also from 6:30-8:30 at the school.

Calling all Scouts September 25, 2008

Friday September 26th is the first official Girl Scout meeting. The meetings will be on Fridays from 2:30- 3:30 at the school. Girl Scouts is open to any girl in Kindergarten- fifth grades. Grace Maldanelli from John Hopkins University along with three other girls are leading this year’s troop. The Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts are also back in action this year. They are meeting on Wednesdays after school from 2:30-3:30 as well. Manard Price is leading the troop again this year and will be keeping those boys busy with a lot of projects!

School is off to a Great Start! September 25, 2008

Medfield Heights is off to a great start to the 2008-2009 school year! September has been great and it’s unbelievable that it is already officially fall and October is just around the corner!

With that said, school activities are back in full force, and we think you should know about them! The Medfield Heights’ Weblog will be working to keep you updated on what’s going on in our very active school so stay updated!
